貧血↓↓
今日もあづいでぢゅねぇ。（暑いですね。笑）(-_-;
夏は海に行ったりプールに行ったり楽しいから大好きなんですけど、貧血持ちのかおりにとっては辛い日々が続きます(;-;)
この前、学校の貧血検査でも極度の貧血だと診断され呼び出されてしまいました（＞▽＜；
今はテスト期間なんですけど、だら〜んとしちゃって頭が働かない↓↓
まったくどうしたもんかねぇ(-_-;困った困った。
これから大嫌いなレバーを週に２回のペースで食べようと思います(^-^;
後、大好きなほうれんそうは毎日たべるじぇい！！笑

試験期間だよねぇ～。そぅだよねぇ～。
火曜日だから、調理実習、ってわけじゃないよねぇ～。そぅそぅ毎週毎週、こんな暑い中作って、火の側に居られないよねぇ～。・・・って試験だって言ってるんジャン!!!f(＞＜;;汗っ～
（笑）
極度の貧血だと、暑くて体温の上がるこぅいぅ時期の真昼間は、大変だねぇ～。
頭回らないでしょ。
試験大変そ・・・。(＞＜。涙
無理しないで、でも単位落とさない程度に頑張るべしっ！！p(^-^)qフンッ!
お砂糖は脳を活性化させるので、適度に摂るべしっ!
一夜漬け(徹夜)はなるべく避けて、適度に睡眠を取るべしっ!
食後(昼食後)は血がたくさん胃に行っちゃうので、なるべく休憩(仮眠)を取るべしっ!
食べ過ぎも、同じ理由で避けるべしっ!
胃の消化を助ける為に、良く噛んで食べるべしっ!
栄養の事は専門家のかおりんにはかなわないから、こんな事くらいしか書けないっすぅ。。f(^^;ぽり

２月２１日のイベントのＤＶＤ買っちゃいましたよぉん。
かおりん、けっこう映ってたねん。o(≧o≦)§
しんちゃんのモノマネ見れると思ったら、見れなかった・・・。(/_;)・・・笑っ!
でも、前の撮影会の時にちょっとだけ聞いたから良ぃか・・・。(を)
レバー。
ちゃんとした美味しいレバーを食べれば、好きになりますよん♪
「だら～ん」としたかおりんも可愛ゅぃぞぉ～っ♪

今日もホント暑かったねぇ(>_<)あまりにも暑かったから短パン・Ｔシャツで仕事してたら上司に怒られたよ(笑)
こ、この写メはホントにだら～んとしてるではないかい！？確かにこの季節は貧血持ちの人には厳しいかもしれないね。
いくら暑いからって冷房の効いた部屋にずっといると体調崩しやすくなるしねぇ(-_-)ウーム
貧血には鉄分が良いっていうけど、べっぷっぷが大嫌いなレバーの他には．．．蛎(かき)・あさり・しじみ等の貝類、かつお、大豆製品、春菊、ほうれん草、小松菜、ひじき、プルーンなんかが良いらしいよ。
これは本当かどうかわからないけど、なるべく炒め物なんかをする時は鉄のフライパンを使うと良いらしい．．．ホントかな(^_^;)
それとビタミンＣを一緒に取ると鉄分が吸収しやすくなるんだって！
これだけ書いとけば料理上手なべっぷっぷの事だからいくらでもメニューが浮かぶでしょう。
どうしても足りないんだったらサプリメントで「鉄」があるから、それで摂取するのもいいかもね(^ ^)
まぁ、あんまり焦らずにゆっくり直してけば良いんじゃないかな。
今日はいつものボケボケではなく知的な部分を垣間見せてしまったロクゾーでした(笑)

本当に暑いですねぇ…この夏、貧血持ちの方にとっては確かに辛い日々になってるかもしれませんね(泣)
頭が働かないってのもなんとなくわかる…テスト期間ってのも重ねて辛い状況だったりするんでしょうね。
なんだかんだいっても僕達は何も出来なくて、かおりちゃん自身で意識していかなきゃいけないわけですが…鉄分なんかをしっかりとって、無理だけはしないでなんとかこの暑さを乗り切って欲しく思います。
にしてもホントにだら〜んとしちゃってますね…「可愛い」というよりは正直ちょっと「色っぽく」見えてしまったものの…かおりちゃん自身はそれどころじゃないんだよね(汗)

貧血ぎみなんですか？心配ですね、でも学校夏休みなので、少しは余裕がありますね。僕もヘモグロビンが少ないので鉄分とらないといけないんです。クセのないレバー、もりもり食べちゃいます。でもやっぱり、ちょっとした運動しないと忍耐力とか栄養の吸収力とかつかないと思うので、お互い がんばっていきまっしょい！！！
らーめんにたっぷりほうれん草とかのってると嬉しいな。あとインゲンのゴマ和えも大好きです。そうそう、フルーツならプルーンが鉄分豊富ですよね☆カゴ○の100％ジュースでもありますよ！ポパイにならないでネ☆
（このシャメ、なんかアンニュイな感じでセクシーでグー！）

こんにちは！元気ですか？
先日ひさしぶりに涼しい日でしたね、やっぱり暑い夜はよく眠れていなかったんだなぁ～とつくづく思います。昼からぐっすりうとうとでした。
最終回の冬ソナ、話の展開が、この長井でも読めるなんて、どうなるのかなぁ～と思いきや、最後の最後、ラスト５分。枯れたと思われた僕の目から、つぅーと、熱いものが…。なんか、ほんと久しぶりに涙しましたぁ～。すっきりです。いい映画、ドラマ、演劇とか鑑賞して演技いつでもできるように頑張ってください。
最近ウィークデイは午前様、土日も自主出勤の毎日ですが、別符ちゃんに負けずに頑張るぞー！夏はまだ終わらない…。

土曜日のイベント会えて嬉しかったです！今回は会えないかなぁ～と、ちと思っていたので。
２つに分かれてチーム対抗、ジャスチャーゲーム？ケーキ食べ放題争奪戦っという事で一番闘志を燃やしていたでしょーーー！？マジで。
握手会の時にあんまり体調良くなかったと言っていたので、仕事と勉強の両立大変なんだなぁ～とホント心配しちゃいました。プルーン持って行けば良かったねぇ。ちょっとずつ、いつもの健康なときのペース取り戻してください、祝日も多いしね☆では２
